“He is the perfect mix of compassion, encouragement, and accountability. We needed not just his expertise, but his demeanor. He is humble, wise and loving. I am confident in recommending him to others.”

Brandon Sulser is not only an excellent human being, but an amazing life coach. He was able to teach and coach my son in a way that no one else could. He helped my son through a very difficult time and right from the start, Brandon believed in him. My son had feelings of resentment and bitterness and Brandon was understanding of his feelings, patient with his progress, and found ways to resonate with him and reach him. Brandon has the ability to inspire and lift, as well as give practical tactics and coping skills to face the challenges of life. He is the perfect mix of compassion, encouragement, and accountability. We needed not just his expertise, but his demeanor. He is humble, wise and loving. I am confident in recommending him to others.

“I am incredibly grateful for the Press Forward program. I will be recommending it to any family and friends who are dealing with a similar situation to mine. I will forever be grateful for the experience.”

My experience with Brandon Sulser and the Press Forward program has been life changing, and I don’t mean that in a hyperbolic sense. I have internalized lessons that will forever change the way I interact with myself and the world around me. When I began the Press Forward program, I was immediately impressed with how available Brandon made himself. Other counselors and programs I had interacted with required long waits between appointments and limited outside contact. The nature of my addiction required more frequent follow-up, including the ability to reach out to Brandon in times of crisis. The Press Forward program made me feel like a human again. After years of struggling with addiction I was beginning to see myself as a failure and less worthy than others around me. Brandon treated me with empathy and humanity. The program stresses that we all have our challenges and we all have set-backs, it's how we deal with challenges and set-backs that defines us. Being treated as an equal instead of as a patient helped me see that I have value and purpose. I can honestly say that Brandon is a good friend, even a brother. Every meeting was focused on powerful tools that helped me change my thought processes and behaviors. Brandon made learning easy with helpful (and fun) acronyms and analogies that helped me remember and apply in moments of need. He also was able to help personalize many of our meetings. When he found out that I am a lover of music, he began using song lyrics to illustrate certain points and he encouraged me to begin each day with powerful songs that will help me feel my purpose. It is interactions such as this that gave me the edge in my battle. I am incredibly grateful for the Press Forward program. I will be recommending it to any family and friends who are dealing with a similar situation to mine. I will forever be grateful for the experience.

“It was so helpful to have a third party that my husband was 100% accountable to and who he could reach out to at any moment.”

Brandon's Press Forward program is an incredibly effective means of addiction recovery. His focus of addressing the core issue of addiction specific to each person is transformative. I was really impressed with the way he tackled addiction recovery-- through self betterment and connection with God and loved ones-- rather than just teaching techniques for resisting. It was so helpful to have a third party that my husband was 100% accountable to and who he could reach out to at any moment. Press Forward gave us the hope and grit to move forward to sobriety. I'm so grateful for how my relationship with my husband has deepened through this process. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

“The only people who have had more of an impact on my recovery are the Father and his son Jesus Christ. I'm endlessly grateful for Brandon.”

Brandon helped me learn to be more Christ-like. He gave me the tools and resources to face temptation head on and come out the other side. I'm no longer afraid of the storm. Without Brandon I wouldn't have been able to baptize my little sister, I wouldn't have been able to go through the temple and I wouldn't be where I am today, preparing to leave for a mission in fall. he taught me how to find the spirit and how God sparks to me, he taught me how the atonement worked and how the savior loves me even though I am not perfect. The only people who have had more of an impact on my recovery are the Father and his son Jesus Christ. I'm endlessly grateful for Brandon.

Brandon quite literally helped save my son's life. He taught him powerful principles from a place of genuine love and compassion. He guided him to find his worth and his potential to continue to grow throughout his life. He then held him accountable for "pressing forward" daily. “Come ready to commit and work hard and you will see miracles happen.”

Brandon was great to work with. He gave me a lot of skills that helped push me much much closer to freedom from addiction. One of the greatest things he taught me was who I really am. What my purpose is. And how to anchor in that and cling to it when I need help. I know who I am, and that’s much more important than what I may want in the moment. The other most important thing he gave me were the constant reminders to turn to Christ and rely on Him to carry me through temptation. That was very powerful. Brandon can really help you, but only if you’re willing to put in the work. No one, not him, not even Christ, can change someone who doesn’t want to change. So come ready. Come ready to commit and work hard and you will see miracles happen. Don’t give up if they don’t come quickly. If you keep pressing forward, and every time you fall you make sure you’re falling forward, you will change. Your very nature will change. Take what Brandon says seriously and commit to do it. I’ve seen the effort he puts into caring for me and what it did for me, and I know he’ll do the same for you, whoever you are. Press Forward!!!

“Brandon made himself available to my sons any time they needed him. I’ve told him that I think the reason he was saved all of those times was for my sons. I will be eternally grateful for the work he was able to do with them.”

As I sit here listening to my son planning a gospel lesson on a Zoom call with his companion during home MTC, I am so grateful for all of the work Brandon was able to do with him and my older son. While talking with his district, I have heard my son mention several times things that his coach (Brandon) shared with him that helped him to get where he is. Brandon worked with two of my sons for 6 months to help them with pornography addictions that were at various levels of severity. Both sons have come away from that experience changed. My older son has struggled more deeply and for a longer period of time. He is married and has 1 child and another on the way. He has been honest with his wife and they have worked together to help him become the man he has the potential to become. Brandon helped both of my sons recognize the godhood that is within them and to get off of the shame carousel so they could make real progress. I love that Brandon made himself available to my sons any time they needed him. It was a relief for me, my husband and daughter-in-law that these young men had a neutral person to call when they were having difficulties. I love that the therapy is Christ-centered and requires responsibility and commitment by the individual. I also love that Brandon doesn’t focus on the past, but on the future. It is so important to recognize the control we have over our own future. There is no control over the past besides changing the way we view it. I’m grateful Brandon was able to help my sons learn to be the men they are meant to be. I would recommend him to anyone who is living in pain or regret or shame. Brandon has been through all of those and more life-changing events. I’m grateful he decided to keep trying and not give up so he can teach my sons. I’ve told him that I think the reason he was saved all of those times was for my sons. I will be eternally grateful for the work he was able to do with them

“I see in my life a better relationship with my wife and children and I feel closer to my Savior as I have worked with Brandon in overcoming my addiction.”

The Press Forward Program by Brandon Sulzer is just that, it is forging a new path forward to a better life. Overcoming addictions is not an easy path and requires a change not only in avoiding prior negative habits but in developing new habits to improve your outlooks on life. Brandon Sulzer is very understanding and non-judgmental, he truly cares and just wants to help you focus on what is important in life and help you to find that focus. His program helped me to identify the reasons I was falling into the traps of addiction and helped me to overcome these through identifying my true purpose, developing positive habits that focus on self-improvement, service to others, and making time in my life for Christ daily. Brandon helps you understand that your weaknesses are an opportunity to grow closer to our Savior and Heavenly Father as we work to overcome our weaknesses and repent of our past negative behaviors and accept His love and Atonement in our lives by overcoming our own ego and pride and humbling ourselves and accepting His gift of the atonement in our lives. I see in my life a better relationship with my wife and children and I feel closer to my Savior as I have worked with Brandon in overcoming my addiction

“Brandon gave me the gift of learning how to believe in myself again. He taught me how to act out of love instead of fear. He showed me what God’s love feels like.”

Sometimes our paralysis is self-inflicted, as mine was. Regardless of how it occurred, it left me feeling nothing but utter hopelessness and shattered. When I went to prison, I considered ending my life. Then a friend sent me Brandon Sulser’s book, We Are All Paralyzed, which probably saved my life. My heart softened as I read about each of his four near life-ending accidents, leaving him paralyzed and with every justifiable reason to give up hope. His story inspired me because at times Brandon did want to give up (thoughts I could relate), but instead he persevered and sought out God with a humble and contrite spirit. As I read, it gave me enough hope to keep moving on. When I was released from prison, I thought everything would be magically easy and smooth. It wasn’t. I struggled—a lot. My therapist diagnosed me with PTSD from prison. I felt despair as I tried to transition back to a society that I’d become estranged from, parts of which would shun me. Then I started doing life coaching sessions with Brandon, and it changed my life. Brandon didn’t shame me for my past. Instead, he very quickly got me to stop focusing on the negative of my past (including prison) and to start focusing on the positive here and now. Brandon helped me realize that my thoughts and the words I used created my reality, and he guided me on a journey of enlightenment and positivity. Before I thought and said things like, “Because of my past (including my imprisonment), I’m at a huge disadvantage.” After seeing Brandon for a while, I started saying, “I’m pretty lucky I get a second chance at life.” Using a religious focus, Brandon helped move me out of my depressive immobile state and into a state of action and life. He helped me write my own powerful “I Am” statement, which I now read at the start of every day. Brandon gave me the gift of learning how to believe in myself again. He taught me how to act out of love instead of fear. He showed me what God’s love feels like. He showed me the way of stepping into the light of grace. Thanks in large part to Brandon’s life coaching, I am living life again. We are all paralyzed, but through Brandon’s book, coaching, and example, I’ve learned I can live and thrive again. Thank you, Brandon.

“He is a literal angel on earth. This is his calling and gift. God has preserved Brandon to save the young and old of his church.”

Brandon is a giver of hope, an easer of burdens, and a bright light in darkness. When my son came to us with a severe pornography addiction, I felt lost and hopeless. I didn’t see how my son could ever serve a mission, get married or have a happy family. I was heartbroken and angry. My son was buried and I didn’t have the tools to dig him out. Enter Brandon Sulser. It was freeing for both my husband and I to admit that we didn’t have the skills or the bandwidth to handle this problem alone. Brandon loved, challenged and taught our son. He was there for him every step of the way. He is a literal angel on earth. This is his calling and gift. God has preserved Brandon to save the young of this church, to give these boys back to opportunity to serve missions, marry and have successful families and lives. Brandon gave our son his life back! We are eternally grateful.

‘’Before I met Brandon I had tried several programs and people to help me with my addiction. But to no avail, until I was guided to his program.”

I am so grateful I was led to Brandon Sulser's Press Forward program. Brandon has been through much in his life and has the spirit to guide him in all his duties. Before I met Brandon I had tried several programs and people to help me with my addiction. But to no avail. I did not have my whole heart in to making any changes in myself and did not have to pay for the counseling/life coaching myself. So no matter how much I wanted to stop or in my heart I wanted to stop, I couldn't. I couldnt even stop while I was on my mission serving other people and keeping myself centered in Christ. Until, I was guided to his program. I have been able to use the Atonment of Jesus Christ to start new and feel good about myself! Not have to hide or sneak around. I feel free! I still use some of the skills he taught me to use to keep myself focused my goals and always remember

“He has a unique gift to not only listen to and support people in their struggles but to also help them move on, apply the lessons he teaches, and take control of their lives.“

I am forever grateful for the opportunity I had to be coached by Brandon. Brandon has blessed my whole family and been a springboard in our spiritual and personal development. He is a friend forever. He has a unique gift to not only listen to and support people in their struggles but to also help them move on, apply the lessons he teaches, and take control of their lives. Due to Brandon’s paralysis and multiple life-threatening accidents, (learn more by reading his book: “We are all paralyzed” a MUST READ!) he can relate to trials and struggles in a way that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. I personally struggle most to “get out of my head” and be still.  I know that Brandon is the master of this because his physical limitations have required him to “harden not his heart” but rather to soften it and put his mind in the proper seat, not the driver. 😉
His philosophies align with the teaching by Russell M. Nelson: to experience joy in the focus of our lives, rather than in the circumstances of them. The single biggest impact Brandon had in my life was in helping me truly see my purpose and write my personal purpose statement. For the first time ever, I see myself as God sees me. I have struggled most of my life to love myself. I’ve always been my toughest critic and Satan has had great influence in deterring my thoughts/feelings to make me truly believe I was always falling short. The truth is, I am living in my eternal purpose now and when I do mess up the Savior is there to catch me. I’m not alone. Thank you is insufficient to adequately express my love and appreciation for Brandon

“I was hopelessly addicted. Having gone through addiction books, multiple church leaders, my parents, three different counselors, a 12 step program and nothing was helping. I met Brandon and everything changed!!”

I was hopelessly addicted. Having gone through addiction books, multiple church leaders, my parents, three different counselors, a 12 step program and nothing was helping. I met Brandon and everything changed!!. I was referred to Brandon Sulser by my bishop. We started working together in a last ditch effort to help me get over my addiction. We spent our first week developing a deep purpose for me, cemtered on Jesus Christ and my divine future as a father and child of God. Through that purpose, I began to feel a new meaning in my life! I began to be able to push off temptaions when they would come to me. Every time I would get tempted, I had access to text or call Brandon, and he would talk it out with me and give me the necessary perspective change that I need in order to continue being clean. In may of 2022, nearly 2 years after I recieved a call to be a full time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, helping other people come closer to Christ in the Philippines! I have truly changed and its all thanks to Brandon helping me come closer to Christ, his tools he gave me to use in trails and temptations, and being able to text him when I need his help! Once an addict has recovered, temptations still arise to relapse and go back to your old habits. Brandon has given me the tools i need to PRESS FORWARD and avoid these temptations and stay strong in my purpose!  THANK YOU BRANDON SULSER!

"I reached out to my Mission President, instead of sending me home, he sent me Brandon Sulser. He told me that he is a counselor that has helped many young people overcome their addictions. My parents and I decided to go for it and I am so thankful that I did his program change my life. Press Forward helped me be refined and glorified through my trials through Brandon's religious based program.”

I have always struggled with viewing pornography since high school and it definitely not something I'm proud of. I had always tried to stop on my own or would stop but for small periods of time. After high school, I decided to serve a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. For those who have served missions and those who have worked with missionaries or have just invited someone to come unto Christ, you'll know that this work requires the Holy Spirit. In the back of my mind I always thought, before my mission, what if I fall back into those old habits on my mission. I obviously thought immediately afterwards that it would never happen because I would be strong enough on my own. Luckily for me I fell back into those habits. You might be thinking why "Luckily it did happen again"? Well, for me that was a turning point. When I started viewing pornography in the mission, I reached out to my Mission President, instead of sending me home, he sent me Brandon Sulser. He told me that he is a counselor that has helped many young people overcome their addictions. My parents and I decided to go for it and I am so thankful that I did his program change my life. Helped me be refined, and glorified through my trials Drew Brandon's religious based program. Let me tell you, it has giving me so much help and guidance that I didn't think was available. I had been battling this issue with pornography by myself and when I finally had help it, become possible. It made it 10x better that Brandon uses a religious based program because it helped me as a missionary develop a relationship with Christ and know that when all is said and done, I can turn to Christ. This program gave the strength, the ideas, and the hope to be able change for the better. If you are struggling with viewing pornography and have the desire to stop, have a better self-view and more than anything have a closer relationship and understanding of Jesus Christ, I highly recommend Brandon Sulser. The program he had created truly has helped me and I know it will help you. Remember the Lord loves you and wants what is best for you. Keep trying don't ever give up because it seems to hard. The Lord is there for you and he puts people in your life to help. That's what He did with Brandon Sulser.
